Dr. Samantha Bourdeau, owner/optometrist at Cadboro Bay Optometry, has a considerable academic background and extensive clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba in 1997, followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 2001.
Driven by a passion for advancing her knowledge and skills, Dr. Bourdeau pursued further specialization through a rigorous one-year ocular disease residency in Miami, Florida. During this time, she collaborated closely with leading cornea, retina, and glaucoma surgeons, gaining invaluable insight and expertise in managing complex eye conditions.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bourdeau has owned and operated several successful optometry practices in both Alberta and British Columbia. Her dedication to providing exceptional eye care services is evident in her unwavering commitment to her patients' well-being and satisfaction.
